I’ve lost my account password
Inside the mobile apps login screen you can select the forgot password feature. If you created an account via Google and Apple login, simply login via the Google or Apple button with your usual password.How can I delete my account or my data
Fill in the form above if you would like to delete your account and/or personal information such as your email address, photos you uploaded or data you entered about your trips. You must provide:Must contact us from the email address you registered with
Give exact details of what data you want deleted (your entire account, or specific data such as your photos and trip information). Note that you can delete all uploaded data yourself inside the app (trip information and photos)
Once received, your data will be deleted within 7 days
Where can I download MyParkMaps app?
